I had the pleasure of working with Hoby for a little over a year. Though we were not in the same business group, we worked together on projects that required collaboration between Inviso's Business Intelligence and Creative groups. Hoby is a thoughtful, adaptive, and talented designer. On one particularly challenging project, Hoby provided leadership and direction well in excess of what was required by his job description simply because it was what the project needed at the time. This same project involved significant and seemingly constant changes to business requirements.
